He attended the High School of Performing Arts in New York. This is where his love for acting was born. After high school, he studied drama at Sunny Purchase. Here, a co-actress student, Stanley Tukey, called her “Ving.” Ramses later moved to the drama department at Juilliard School.     Rhames first appeared in the Broadway game. Then, in 1984, he started working in film. As Leroy in Wes Craven’s Man Stairs Out (1991), he got the opportunity to work on Secret Service Agent Duan Stevenson, such as Kevin Klein, Dave (1993), and Marcellus Wallace in Pulp Fiction (1994). He then starred as a friend of George Clooney in Out of the Sight (1998).<\/em><\/p>\n

    Rhames won a Golden Globe. At one point, he handed out his award to fellow nominee Jack Lemon, saying, “I feel like an artist to give, and I want to give it to you as a gift.” Lemon was touched by gestures and celebrity listeners who gave Lemon a standing oven. Lemon, who tried unsuccessfully to return the prize to Rames. He said, “This is one of the sweetest moments in my life.”<\/em><\/p>\n

    The Hollywood Foreign Press Association later announced they would receive a fake prize ready for Ramses. That moment was a great view of 101 during the recreation.
