Cash in:
- Customers go to the Bkash agent point.
- The Agent wants to know the cash amount from customers, and Agents write down the Bkash account number & Amount of the Customer in the Agent register.
- The Customer will pay the Bkash Agent.
- The Agent will send the customer account balance, and cash is done.
- You and the Agent will get a confirmation message from the Bkash centre. Remember to sign the Agent register before leaving the counter.
Cash-out Agent point:

- The Agent wants to know the cash-out amount from the Customer
- Agents write down the customer bKash account number and Amount in the Agent register
