Bangladesh Polytechnic Education Board Admission Notice 2021
BTEB Admission Circular has been Published 200-2021. This circular has been published on the official website www.btebadmission.gov.bd. BTEB Authority has Published two circulars for the admission process. Like as 1st shift and 2nd shift. There will be two Circular publish such as Polytechnic 1st shift admission circular and Polytechnic 2nd shift circular. BTEB one Circular will publish for both shifts from the year 2016. Another shift will be published before the 1st shift deadline. So the interested candidate can be applying within the 1st shift deadline.
But BTEB authority has taken decisions from this year that will be completed both shifts. So these applicants who want to fill up the application for both shifts. Here are the given apply date, result date, and admission date below.
- The application will be Start: 09 August 2021.
- The application will be Deadline: 26 August 2021.

Polytechnic Admission Requirements and Qualification
- Students who have passed the SSC or Equivalent exams in 2019, 2019, 2021
- Those who got a GPA of 3.00 in Mathematics/Higher Math with a Total GPA of 3.50 can apply for admission in Poly Technical Admission.
- Two Years Trade Course Students who passed from the Technical Education Board They can apply for this Admission Program.
- Age Should Not over 22 Years
Polytechnic Admission Fee:
There are two shifts for them who want to admission for BTEB 2021-2022. You can apply only for one shift. You have to pay 150 Taka (One Hundred Fifty Taka Only) per shift for an online admission pay charge.
If you want to apply for a two-shift in 2021, then you have to pay a total of Tk.300/-. There are many payment methods for the BTEB admission online fee. Like Rocket, Bkash, Sure Cash, and Teletalk. You can pay for any above Methods.
How to pay the BTEB admission fee by Teletalk
If you want to pay by Teletalk, then you have to follow the below instruction. You must two messages send to pay o BTEB admission fee. First Message instruction in below:
- Firstly, you go to your mobile message option and type Ist SMS
- BTAD <Space> YES <Space> PIN <Space> Your Contact Number
- Example: BTAD YES 1234 01715454267
- And, send this SMS to 16222
If you are eligible for the application, then you have to send 2nd message. Where you can see Your Name, Your Father’s Name, PIN Code, and tells you how much money you need. If you agree with this SMS then you have to send a 2nd message.
- You go to your mobile message option and type 2nd SMS
- BTAD <Space> YES <Space> PIN <Space> Your Contact Number
- Example: BTAD YES 1234 01715454267
- Then, send this to 16222
After the complete the Message, then you will be given an SMS with a money receipt number. Save this money receipt number carefully, because it will be required during the online application.

- Step 1: Press 1 to select the “Bill Pay” option.
- Step 2: If this is your number then select “Self” otherwise select the “Other” option.
- Step 3: If you select the “Other” option then you have written your phone number in the next step.
- Step 4: Press 0 to select the “Other” option.
- Step 5: Write Biller ID 288.
- Step 6: Now write Shift, Passing Year, Board Code, and Roll No. (Don’t any space) Example: A2019BAR12345.
- Step 7: Enter the amount 150/300 BDT.
- Step 8: Enter your Rocket PIN number.
How to pay for BTEB admission using Sure Cash
- Firstly, Dial *495# and select the “Payment” Option.
- Secondly: Write the Payment Keyword “DTE“.
- Thirdly: Write Shift, Year, Board, and Roll. No need to give any space. Example: A2019DHA123456.
- Fourthly: Write your mobile number.
- Fifthly: The amount and your given information will be shown here. Then insert your PIN number.
Fill up the Admission Application form online
- You want to fill up the admission application online, and then you have to visit the Technical website (www.techedu.gov.bd / btebadmission.gov.bd, www.bteb.gov.bd) and Click “Polytechnic TSC Diploma”. Login with Money Receipt and SSC Reg: Number. Fill up all necessary fill and Click Submit.
- After Complete Your Application Form and Final Submit. When you click the Final Submit you will find a Massage. Print out this.
