Rules and information of Karnaphuli Paribahan
- Passengers have to reach a bus counter for at least 20 minutes.
- Every passenger can carry luggage weighing a maximum of 10 kilograms with them. An additional charge will have to be made for more than 10 kg of luggage.
- Passengers cannot carry illegal goods with them. In the case of having illicit goods, the authority is not responsible for that.
- Smoking is not allowed on the bus.
- Passengers should take a token after leaving their luggage in the bus bunker and keep it safe to receive it back. Passengers have to keep their handbags and other goods on the bus under their responsibility.
- If passengers come late at the bus stand and miss the bus, the transport fare will not be returned to them.
