Trust Bank Limited’s financial Service introduced the name T-Cash Mobile Banking. This bank’s Mobile Banking Service started on August 31, 2010—Trust Bank Mobile aims to bring banking services to the doorstep of the mass people. TBL re-launched and rebranded Cash effective from April 01, 2018.
Currently, Trust Banking “T-Cash” provides Mobile banking services: Cash in, Cash out, Send Money, Mobile recharge, Money transfer from T-Cash to a Bank account, Balance Check, Statement, Pay Utility bills, Passport fees, NID fees, Insurance premiums, etc.

The other directives are as follows:
- An MFS account can hold a maximum amount of BDT 3 00,000
- The limit mentioned above is not applicable for P2B, B2P, P2G, G2P, B2B, Merchant Payment, Online and e-commerce payments, etc.
- The agent must note the cash-in/cash-out details in the register and take the customer’s signature for each transaction.
- If the transaction amount is BDT 5,000 or above, the Account holder must show the NID/Smart Card or photocopy of the NID/Smart Card to the agent. Agent must note the NID/Smart Card number in the transaction register.
- A customer can only have one MFS account; if a customer has more than one account, keeping one account active, other accounts must be closed.
- Agent-to-agent transactions are strictly prohibited.
- Agent accounts can’t be deposited more than five times a day.
